Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements and the zoning requirements approved by the Planning Commission for PD-R case file No. Z-8810 and Z-8810-A. Twenty-eight (28) parking spaces were proposed, only ten (10) are required. The site plan differs from the layout submitted to the Planning Commission. Plans submitted for review indicate thirteen (13) parking spaces. Provide three (3) copies of the latest site plan to Subdivision Administrator, Donna James (501-371-6821) for review and approval. 2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. 3. Asper the PD-R (File # Z-8810) a wood privacy fence is proposed around the perimeter of the site. Submitted plans do not indicate a privacy fence. 4. The City of Little Rock will not accept crape myrtle to meet any tree requirements. Crape Myrtle is indicated on the Plant Material Legend but not shown on the plan. Verify. 5. All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the property and screened from the public right-of-way. Screen shall exceed the height of the dumpster or trash containment areas by at least two (2) feet not to exceed eight (8) feet total height. 6. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape plan to the Plans Development Administrator before releasing for permit. 7. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
