1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Any exiting landscape or irrigation disturbed by construction shall be repaired or replaced
before completion and final acceptance of the project.
4. Irrigation is required for all sites exceeding one (1) acre. Provide note on the landscape plan
stating "an automatic irrigation system shall be provided for all new landscape areas and
provide 100% full coverage".
5. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape plan sheet L-101 to the Plans Development
Administrator before releasing for permit.
6. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
