1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements and
the requirements of the PD-R (Z-6532-H).
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Return two (2) additional copies of sheets L01— L103 and one (1) copy of the survey to the Plans
Development Administrator before releasing for permit.
4. All existing landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance
(Sec. 15-100). Any trees or vegetation located in close proximity to construction shall have the
area within the dripline fenced and protected from development activities.
5. All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and
streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the
property and screened from the public right-of-way.
6. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
