Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements, the Midtown Overlay District, and the requirements of the PD-O approved by the Planning Commission (file number, Z-4029-C). 2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. Street trees are to be provided as per the approved PD-O and the Midtown Design Overlay District, Sec. 36-389. - Development criteria, (h) Landscaping and public spaces. (5) Street trees shall be a minimum of three-inch caliper and shall be two (2) feet off the back of curb, thirty (30) feet on center. The canopy shall be maintained with an eight -foot clearance. A four -foot planter strip shall be maintained. Provide street trees. 4. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15- 100). Mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter will be required. All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the property and screened from the public right-of-way. Screen shall exceed the height of the dumpster or trash containment areas by at least two (2) feet not to exceed eight (8) feet total height. 6. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
