1. Any new site development must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer

Commission (file number, Z-7496-B).
As per the PCD buffers are to be protected and maintained adjacent to the multi -family
development to the west and a portion of the property to the north.
Revise site plan to indicate existing vegetation and screen to remain adjacent to the north
and west perimeters between the proposed development and existing multi -family zoning.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Before the building permit can be released three (3) copies of the revised site plan and one
(1) copy of the survey must be delivered to the Plans Development Administrator for review
and approval.
4. A landscape irrigation system shall be required for developments of one (1) acre or larger.
5. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec.

and streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street

this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when
preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
