Any new site development must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements, and the requirements of the PCD approved by the Planning Commission (file number, Z-7496-B). As per the PCD buffers are to be protected and maintained adjacent to the multi -family development to the west and a portion of the property to the north. Revise site plan to indicate existing vegetation and screen to remain adjacent to the north and west perimeters between the proposed development and existing multi -family zoning. 2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. 3. Before the building permit can be released three (3) copies of the revised site plan and one (1) copy of the survey must be delivered to the Plans Development Administrator for review and approval. 4. A landscape irrigation system shall be required for developments of one (1) acre or larger. 5. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-100). Mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter will be required. 6. All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the property and screened from the public right-of-way. Screen shall exceed the height of the dumpster or trash containment areas by at least two (2) feet not to exceed eight (8) feet total height. 7. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
