1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
2. The City of Little Rock will no longer accept crape myrtles to meet tree requirements. Specify
another species of tree to meet tree requirements or add five (5) additional trees to the island
between the two site entrances. Massing is permitted as long as trees are spaced not more than
one hundred (100) linear feet apart including width of driveway.
3. Note on plan the six foot privacy fence at the west portion of the site where the backs of the
building do not provide screening.
4. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape plan to the Plans Development Administrator.
5. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
