Notes
1. All planting beds shall be prepped with supersoil and bermed 12" above grade.
2. All non -paved areas shown on the plan that are not planting beds shall be tilled to a minimum depth of 4"and sodded with Zoysia sod.
3. Topsoil shall be added as needed to create a smooth finish grade on planting and sodded areas.
4. Trees and shrubs shall be planted at the sizes specified in legend and backfilled wtih supersoil. All trees and shrubs shall be thoroughly
watered immediately after planting.
5. Entire area within property lines to be irrigated with automatic irrigation system with separate zones for planting beds and lawn areas.
6. Area to be graded shall provide positive drainage away from structures.
7. Planting beds are to have a 2" layer of double hammered hardwood mulch installed after planting.
8. No substiitions are allowed unless authorized by owner.
