Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements, and the requirements of the PCD approved by the Planning Commission (file number, Z-6526-C). 2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. 3. Landscape plan is not complete. Permit cannot be released until landscape requirements are met. Additional and complete review will be made upon the receiving landscape plan, and survey. Submit three (3) full size copies of the landscape plan and one (1) full size copy of the survey for review and approval. 4. Landscape requirements could include and may not be limited to the following. Screening requirements will need to be met for any vehicular use areas adjacent to the street right of way or any adjacent properties of a more restrictive use. One (1) tree and three (3) shrubs or vines shall be planted for every thirty (30) linear feet of perimeter planting strip. For any site, trees from two (2) different genuses are required. At least twenty-five (25) percent of the trees on the site outside of those required for screening purposes are to be of evergreen variety.
