construction. Parking is to be restriped and a new landscape perimeter is to be provided. New perimeter is
31' at its widest point and tapers to 51. Landscape plan acceptable, screening is accomplished with a berm
which ranges from 18" to 3'. No shrubs are being provided.

1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements and
the Chenal/Financial Center Design Overlay District.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Any exiting landscape or irrigation disturbed by construction shall be repaired or replaced
before completion and final acceptance of the project.
4. Landscape plan is acceptable, provide one (1) additional copies of sheet L-101 and one (1) copy
of the survey to the Plans Development Administrator before releasing for permit.
5. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
