Dear Mr. Alderfer:
This property previously went through the Planning Commission to address the proposed
addition to the building, as well as the new fuel dispenser canopy installation. Below is
the Owner's response to the October 4, 2013 Planning Commission comments.

1. The Owner is preparing the Dedication Deed Agreement paperwork and will
submit to Vince Floriani in the Public Works Department.

agreement.
E. Utilities and Fire Department/County Planning
Acknowledged and will comply with any requirements brought up during the
permitting process. This is an existing building and no utility work is planned-
