REVIEW 10/29/21
1. The four trees used to meet the building landscape requirements are required to
be located within the boundary of the site.
Street trees are acceptable but will require that a franchise agreement must obtained
from Little Rock Public Works to place landscape and/or irrigation materials in the
public right-of-way.
