Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Geyer Springs Apartment Addition; thence South 88'12'53"
East 164.12 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of West 51't Street; thence along said right
of way and a curve to the left having a radius of 274.39 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South
