Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. A perimeter planting strip is required along any side of a vehicular use area that abuts adjoining property, or the right-of-way of any street. Perimeter shrubs are required between the north and south property lines and adjacent to the right-of-way north and south of the entry drives. Provide plant materials at the rate three (3) shrubs for every thirty (30) linear feet of right -of way or vehicular use area adjacent to the property line. Shrub materials may be grouped together but located no further than thirty (30) feet from the property line. 4. At least twenty-five (25) percent of the trees on the site outside of those required for screening purposes are to be of evergreen variety. Provide additional evergreen trees or change deciduous species to meet the minimum requirement. 5. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15- 100). Mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter will be required. 6. All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the property and screened from the public right-of-way. 7. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
