1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Any existing trees or vegetation located in close proximity to construction shall have the area
within the dripline fenced and protected from development activities. Any exiting landscape or
irrigation disturbed by construction shall be repaired or replaced before completion and final
acceptance of the project.
4. Screening requirements will need to be met for the vehicular use areas adjacent to the street
right-of-ways. Provide additional evergreen shrubs a minimum of 18" in height with an average
linear spacing of no less than three (3) feet on center if the removal of the Knockout Roses
leaves gaps in the existing landscape screen adjacent to the Cantrell Road right-of-way.
5. Landscape Plan is acceptable provide two (2) additional copies of the landscape plan sheet L1.1
and one (1) copy of the survey before releasing for permit.
6. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
