1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
4. For any site, trees from two (2) different genuses are required. At least twenty-five (25) percent
of the trees on the site outside of those required for screening purposes are to be of evergreen
variety.
Only one (1) tree type is shown on the plan. Change a portion of the proposed trees
to another genus or add additional trees.

percent of the shrubs on the site outside of those required for screening purposes are to be of
evergreen variety.

Note: All shrubs on plan are being used to satisfy screening requirements.
Additional shrubs or change of genus in a portion of the shrubs should remain
evergreen. Maximum spacing's of three (3) feet for shrubs should normally be
utilized in order to provide continuous full screening of the view.
Shrubs must be eighteen (18) inches in height at installation to receive credit towards meeting
the landscape requirements.

6. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape plans sheets L21 and L22 to the Plans
Development Administrator.
The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
