Terry Burrass has proposed removing the opaque fence planned adjacent to the north parking as shown on the site plan. There is an existing wood fence that will remain on the property line separating the site and the multi -family development to the north. Between the existing wood fence and a chain link security fence there is a 30 foot wooded area. In addition there is another 40-foot green area between the back of the parking area and the chain link security fence. 70-feet of green area exist between the back of the north parking area and the multi -family development.
