3 A RESOLUTION TO SET FEBRUARY 20, 2007, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON
4 THE PETITION TO ABANDON A 10 -FOOT -WIDE ALLEY RIGHT -OF -WAY THAT
5 RUNS NORTH TO SOUTH THROUGH THE PROPERTY AT 1624 S. CLEVELAND
6 STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
9 vacate and abandon the 10- foot -wide alley right -of -way located within Block 24, Cox's Subdivision of
10 Taylor and Bodeman Addition, that runs North to South through the property at 1624 S. Cleveland
11 Street, in the City of Little Rock, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann.
12 §14 -54 -104.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
14 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned alley right -of -way
16 shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City
17 Hall at six o'clock on the 201h day of February, 2007.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
19 prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
20 Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
