Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. 3. Any exiting landscape or irrigation disturbed by construction shall be repaired or replaced before completion and final acceptance of the project. 4. Note on the landscape plan "An automatic irrigation system shall be provided for all new landscape areas and provide 100% full coverage." The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site.
