1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements, and
the requirements of the PCD approved by the Planning Commission (file number, Z-6932-C).
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Any exiting landscape or irrigation disturbed by construction shall be repaired or replaced
before completion and final acceptance of the project.
4. Note on the landscape plan "An automatic irrigation system shall be provided for all new
landscape areas and provide 100% full coverage." Or graphically represent the location of the
hose bibs on the plan and note "A water source for landscape irrigation shall be located no
further than seventy-five (75) feet of all plants or turf."
5. The variety and sizes of plant materials have not been specified. Provide plant material
specifications on landscape plan. Note: place evergreen shrub materials a minimum of 18" in
height at installation and spaced 3'-0" on center between the parking bays and public right-of-
way. Trees must be a minimum of 2" in caliper at installation.
6. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape plans and one (1) copy of the survey to the
Plans Development Administrator for review and approval before releasing for permit.
7. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
