1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements and
the requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. If building rehabilitation exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the replacement cost then the
landscaping and buffer must also come into compliancy accordingly.
Estimated replacement cost of the building at $150.00 per square foot is approximately
$1,717,500.00. Estimated renovations are $900,000.00. Fifty-two (52%) percent of the
landscape and buffer requirements will need to be brought into compliance with the City of
Little Rock's Landscape and Buffer Ordinances.
Provide replacement cost of the building and project rehabilitation cost.
Note, any new site development or vehicular use areas must comply with the current city
ordinance.
4. Landscape plan was not submitted. Permit cannot be released until landscape requirements are
met. Additional and complete review will be made upon the receiving landscape plan, site plan,
and survey.
The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
