1. Any new site development must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer
ordinance requirements, and the variances approved by the Board of Adjustment, file
# Z-3371-EEE.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Screening requirements will need to be met for any vehicular use areas adjacent to the
street right of way or any adjacent properties of a more restrictive use. Provide screening
shrubs with an average linear spacing of not less than three (3) feet on center and trees
with an average linear spacing of thirty (30) feet on center within the required landscape
area.
There is approximately 360 linear feet of vehicular use area adjacent to the Colonel
Glenn Loop right-of-way. A minimum of 120 screening shrubs will be required.
Provide an additional 75 shrubs to meet the minimum code requirements.
5. Any existing mature vegetation to remain adjacent to the south and west perimeters
shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-100).
Any trees located in close proximity to construction shall have the area within the
dripline fenced and protected from development activities.
4. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance
(Sec. 15-100). Mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter will be
required.
The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as
feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be
given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
