Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
A perimeter planting strip is required along any side of a vehicular use area that abuts
adjoining property or the right-of-way of any street. Trees shall be planted with an average
linear spacing of not less than thirty (30) feet. City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance
(Sec.15-96)
• There is approximately one hundred and five (105) linear feet of vehicular use area
adjacent to the Cantrell Road right-of-way. Four (4) trees will be required in this
area.
Add two (2) additional trees in this area.
4. Shrubs must be eighteen (18) inches in height at installation.
• Provide note on plan stating shrub material will be a minimum of 18" in height at
installation.
5. An irrigation system shall be required for developments of one (1) acre or larger. For
developments of less than one (1) acre a there shall be a water source within seventy-five
(75) feet of the plants to be irrigated.
• Note on plan if an automatic irrigation system will be provided. If no irrigation
system is provided note on plan the location of the water sources.
Return three (3) copies of the landscape plan and one (1) copy of the survey to the Plans
Development Administrator.
The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on
this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when
preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
