1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Areas selected for preservation shall be fenced with protective fencing and protected from
development activities in accordance with Landscape Ordinance Sec. 15-52. Preservation,
protection and planting.
4. Any exiting landscape or irrigation disturbed by construction shall be repaired or replaced
before completion and final acceptance of the project.
5. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
