PRIOR TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
B. ALL HARDSCAPE SHALL BE CLEANED PRIOR TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
C. SODDED AREAS MUST BE ACTIVELY GROWING AND MUST REACH A MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 1 112 INCHES BEFORE FIRST
MOWING. HYDROMULCHED AREAS SHALL SHOW ACTIVE, HEALTHY GROWTH. BARE AREAS LARGER THAN TWELVE
SQUARE INCHES MUST BE RESOODED OR RESEEDED (AS APPROPRIATE) PRIOR TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE. ALL
SODDED TURF SHALL BE NEATLY MOWED.

EXISTING LANDSCAPING NOTE
ALL EXISTING LANDSCAPING ON SITE SHALL BE PRESERVED AND PROTECTED FROM CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITY. ANY PLANTS DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPLACED WITH PLANT
MATERIAL OF THE SAME SPECIES AND SIZE. IF A PLANT OF EQUAL SIZE CANNOT BE FOUND THEN THE
LARGEST SIZE AVAILABLE WILL BE USED. ALSO, ANY EXISTING PLANTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY
-
DAMAGED, DEAD OR DYING SHALL BE REPLACED WITH PLANT MATERIAL OF THE SAME SPECIES AND
SIZE. IF A PLANT OF EQUAL SIZE CANNOT BE FOUND THEN THE LARGEST SIZE AVAILABLE WILL BE
USED. ALSO ANY SOD DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPLACED WITH TIF 419
BERMUDA GRASS SOD. NEW SOD SHALL BE WATERED AND MAINTAINED UNTIL ESTABLISHED.
ALSO, ANY PART OF THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM THAT REQUIRES REMOVAL OR IS DAMAGED DUE TO THE
NEW CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE ADJUSTED, REPLACED OR REPAIRED AND IN ADDITION THE
IRRIGATION SYSTEM SHALL BE BROUGHT UP TO 100% WORKING CONDITION PRIOR TO THE END OF
CONSTRUCTION.
MULCHES
AFTER ALL PLANTING IS COMPLETE, CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL 3" THICK LAYER OF 1-112"
SHREDDED WOOD MULCH OVER LANDSCAPE FABRIC IN ALL PLANTING AREAS. CONTRACTOR SHALL
SUBMIT SAMPLES OF ALL MULCHES TO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AND OWNER FOR APPROVAL PRIOR
TO CONSTRUCTION. ABSOLUTELY NO EXPOSED GROUND SHALL BE LEFT SHOWING ANYWHERE ON
THE PROJECT AFTER MULCH HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
