To Whom It May Concern-
In response to the City of Little Rock plan review comments, the following items are enclosed for
your review and approval of the above referenced project, BUILDING DEPT COMMENTS.

The following are responses to said plan review comments. Listed below are the review
comments in bold followed by BDG Architects responses in italics:
Zoning Review
1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements
and the requirements of the PCD, file No. Z-1716-G approved by the Planning
Commission. Contact Development Administrator Mr. Monte Moore. 501-371-4792 or
MMoore@littlerock.gov for review approval of site and parking revisions.
BDG Response: The correct landscape strips are shown based on the aforementioned
zoning case. A planting plan is provided to provide the required replacement planting
as needed.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
BDG Response: Understood.
3. Landscape plan is acceptable.
BDG Response: Understood.
4. Any existing landscape areas and mature vegetation to remain shall be protected as per
City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-100). Any trees or vegetation located in
close proximity to construction shall have the area within the dripline fenced and
protected from development activities. Any existing landscape or irrigation disturbed by
construction shall be repaired or replaced before completion and final acceptance of
the project.
