Listed below are the review comments in bold followed by BDG Architects responses in italics: Zoning Review 1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements and the requirements of the PCD, file No. Z-1716-G approved by the Planning Commission. BDG Response: The correct landscape strips are shown based on the aforementioned zoning case. A planting plan is provided to provide the required replacement planting as needed. 2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. BDG Response: Understood. 3. Landscape plan is acceptable. BDG Response: Understood. 4. Any existing landscape areas and mature vegetation to remain shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-100). Any trees or vegetation located in close proximity to construction shall have the area within the dripline fenced and protected from development activities.
