3 AND TO ESTABLISH A PLANNED DISTRICT - RESIDENTIAL TITLED
4 HONEYSUCKLE PLACE — PHASE 2 — REVISED PD-R, LOCATED ON
5 THE EAST SIDE OF HONEYSUCKLE LANE (6800 BLOCK) (Z-9121-B),
6 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
7 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD-R,
13 Planned District—Residential,to Revised PD-R, Planned District—Residential:
14 Z-9121-B — DESCRIBED AS THE NORTH 164.65 FEET OF THE SOUTH 329.3
15 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF
16 THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27,TOWNSHIP' NORTH RANGE
17 13 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, EXCEPT THE WEST 16 FEET
18 RESERVED FOR A PUBLIC ROAD.
19 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
20 Rock Planning Commission.
21 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Honeysuckle Place—Phase 2—
22 Revised PD-R, located at East side of Honeysuckle Lane (6800 Block) (Z-9121-B) is conditioned upon
23 obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the
24 Code of Ordinances.
25 Section 4. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until final plan approval.
26 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
27 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not effect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 7. Repealed. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
