3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A FIVE (5) YEAR CONTRACT WITH PRESIDIO NETWORKED
5 SOLUTIONS GROUP, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED
6 FORTY-SIX THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND 60/100
7 DOLLARS ($546,436.60), PLUS APPLICABLE FEES AND TAXES, FOR
8 THE PURCHASE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CISCO WEBEX
9 CALLING, A CLOUD-BASED UNIFIED COMMUNICATION AND
10 COLLABORATION PLATFORM, TO REPLACE OUR CURRENT ON-
11 PREMISES CISCO PHONE SYSTEM;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

13 WHEREAS,the City's Information Technology Department has a need to upgrade its phone systems
14 by migrating to Cisco Webex Calling, a unified, cloud-based communication and collaboration platform,
15 to replace the City's current on-premises Cisco phone system,which the vendor no longer supports; and,
16 WHEREAS,vendor selection was made utilizing Arkansas NASPO ValuePoint Cisco AR 3227 AR
17 #SP-20-0051 4600048977, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025) as
18 amended; and,
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
20 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
21 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a five(5)-year contract with Presidio Networked
22 Solution Group, LLC, in the amount of Five Hundred Forty-Six Thousand, Four Hundred Thirty-Six and
23 60/100 Dollars($546,436.60),plus applicable taxes and fees,for the replacement of the City's existing end-
24 of-life phone system with a Cisco Webex Calling cloud-based unified communication and collaboration
25 platform.
26 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Information Technology Networking Re-
27 Occurring Maintenance 103030-061350 and the Special Projects account#108309-063211-S30A993.
28 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
29 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
32 resolution.

1 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
