IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK

KNOW ALL MIN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That CI -II SKI PROPERTIES ("Grantor"), being the owner of Lot 6. The Village At
Rahling Road to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County. Arkansas, hereby plats as Lot 6R,
The Village at Rahling Road (Being a replat of land formerly platted as Lot 6, The Village
at Rahling Road) to the City of I.,ittle Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. as shown and
represented on the attached plat and henceforth description and conveyance by such
designation or part thereof, as shown and represented on said attached plat, shall be a proper
and sufficient description thereof.
Said Lot 6R, The Village at Rahling Road to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as shown and represented on attached plat, and any interest therein shall be held
and owned subject to and in conformity with all provisions, covenants and restrictions of the
Plat and Bill of Assurance executed December 12, 2018, by PotlatchDeltic Real Estate, LLC
and filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on December
13, 2018, as Instrument No. 2018076910, and the plat appearing of record in the Office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instrument No. 2018076911.
Permanent easements for drainage, for laying and maintaining sewer pipes and mains and
for the installation and maintenance of utilities are created and reserved over, across and
through said lands as shown on attached plat.
Any business, trade, activity or undertaking not in keeping with the zoning use of said
land, herein platted, and each of them, is prohibited and shall not be carried on or permitted
on any part of said land; and, anything deemed a nuisance or to create undue annoyances or
which interferes with the zoning use and occupancy of said land shall be prohibited thereon.
"I'he covenants, restrictions, requirements and provisions of this instrument shall be
automatically extended for successive periods of ten years each on and after .January 1,
2024, unless and unto amended or canceled as authorized herein.
Invalidation of any covenant, restriction, requirement of provision set forth herein or any
part thereof by an order, judgment or decree of any Court or otherwise shall not invalidate
or affect any of the other covenants and/or restrictions or any part thereof as set forth herein
but they shall remain in full force and effect.

All streetlight installation, striping, signage and other traffic improvements have been constructed and are in
conformance with City requirements/standards.

Certain improvements remain uncompleted and a punch list has been prepared and sent.
Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been received and approved. Applicant is
responsible to furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.
