REPLAT AND AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, Deltic Timber Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and
its wholly owned subsidiary, Deltic Timber Purchasers, Inc., an Arkansas
Corporation, (jointly "Deltic") together with Alonzo Williams and Susan Williams,
husband and wife, (jointly and severally "Williams") are the owners of the following
property:
Lot 16, Block 98, Chenal Valley, an addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; and
Tract D, Block 98, Chenal Valley, an addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
("The Varennes Court Neighborhood") and
WHEREAS, by Special Warranty Deed dated September 30, 2016 and
recorded as instrument number 2016062707 in the real property records of Pulaski
County, Arkansas on October 5, 2016, the Williams conveyed to Deltic Timber
Corporation that portion of Lot 16 more particularly described in EXHIBIT "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "transferred property"); and
WHEREAS, the transferred property will be combined with Tract D and
replatted as Tract DR and Tract DR-1. Tract DR-1 will ultimately be reconstituted
as part of a new and reconfigured residential lot in the Varennes Court
Neighborhood; and

WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to replat Lot 16 and Tract D, and
this Replat and Amendment to Bill of Assurance is executed for that purpose; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned being the owners of more than seventy-five
percent (75%) of the total area contained within The Varennes Court Neighborhood
consent and agree to this replatting.
NOW, THEREFORE, Deltic and Williams, for and in consideration of the
benefits to accrue to them, their successors and assigns, which benefits they
acknowledge to be of value, have caused to be made a replat, showinga survey
made by Daniel Havner Registered Land Surveyor, dated the day of
`�'YlC.rclz , 2012 and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the
Department of Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, and showing the
boundaries and dimensions of the replatted property (the "Replat").
The land embraced in this Replat shall be forever known as Lot 16R and Tract DR,
Block 98, Chenal Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ("The
Varennes Court Neighborhood"), and any and every deed of conveyance describing
same as shown on the Replat shall always be deemed a sufficient description
thereof. Tract DR-1 shall be reserved and subsequently incorporated into a
separate and distinct residential lot in the Varennes Court Neighborhood. This
Replat and Amendment to Bill of Assurance amends the Bill of Assurance (the "Bill
of Assurance") filed on July 27, 2005, in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex
Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. 2005062773.
Except as specifically amended by this Replat and Amendment to Bill of Assurance
all terms and conditions of the Bill of Assurance, as amended, remain in full force
and effect.
