RE, PLAT AND TWENTY-SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO SILL OF ASSURANCE

CHENAL VALLEY COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD
KNOW ALL MEN BY THOSE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, DELTIC TIMBER CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation ("Deltic"), is
the owner of the following property:
Lot 1, The Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock, Arkansas
as recorded in Plat Book F, Page 336, Real Estate Records
of Pulaski County, Arkansas ("Lot 1 ").
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to replat Lot I as three separate lots, and this
Replat and Twenty -Seventh Amendment to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood is executed for that purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, Deltic, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, its
successors and assigns, which benefits they acknowledge to be of value, has caused to be made a
replat, showing a survey made by Paul W. White, Registered Land Surveyor, dated the, �i
day of r�', k , 2014, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Department of
Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, and showing the boundaries and dimensions
of the replatted property (the "Replat").
The land embraced in this Replat shall be forever known as Lots IA, 1B and 1C, The
Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and every deed of conveyance
describing same as shown on the Replat shall always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
This Replat and Twenty -Seventh Amendment to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood amends the Bill of Assurance filed on September 30, 1996, in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. 96-68199
as amended by the a First Supplemental Bill of Assurance on February 19, 1997 as Instrument
No. 97-10852, a Second Supplemental Bill of Assurance on November 7, 1997 as Instrument
No. 97-074244, a Third Supplemental Bill of Assurance on September 24, 1998 as Instrument
No. 98-074071, a Fourth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on December 22, 1998 as Instrument

Paul,
When reviewing the attached plat for Woodlands Edge PH15, 1 noticed that the water company has a
utility easement but nothing states that the gas company has an easement. For the Woodlands Edge
development, we have always installed the gas main in the same ditch as the water main with the
understanding that we would have an easement as well.
Is this a general utility easement where we have the right to be or do we need to get the plat(s)
modified to show the gas easement as well?
