KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, JOHN COLLERAN and JANET COLLERAN, husband and wife Ijointly

them, their heirs, successors and assigns, which benefits they acknowledge to be of value, has
caused to be made a replat, showing a survey made by Paul W. White, Registered Land
