of the above described Reat ProperEy to the public for use as streets and
public road -ways.

NOW, THEREFORE. Deltic, for and in consideration of the benefits to
accrue to it. its Successors and Assigns, which benefits it acknoy:ledges to
be of value. has caused to be made a Right -of -Way Dedication Plat, Rahling
Road and LaCrande Drive, Chenal Valley, Little bock, Arkansas, shoaling a
survey made by Paulf. White, Registered Land Surveyor dated
and Bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the.
Department of Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock. Arkansas,
and shoring the boundaries and dimensions of the Real Property now being
dedicated to the:. Public as streets and roadways (.the "Plat").
Deltic hereby donates and dedicates to the Public an easement of way
can, over and under the streets on said Plat to be used as public streets so
long as the streets are utilized and maintained as public roadways by the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Plat for record in the Office of
Circuit Clark and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be
a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets to the public
subject to the limitations herein set out.
