NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Edward M. Wright and Lisa J. Wright hereinafter termed
grantor(s) have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White , Registered Professional Surveyor,
and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
Lot 22R, Block 83, Chenal Valley and the date . October 2007
and by the
signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat
Book �:T- Page ! 1 v 1 and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The purpose of this plat is to abandon part of the sanitary sewer easement to allow for a larger structure on Lot 22 R ,
as approved by the Little Rock Wastewater Utility.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall
use this designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of
Assurance filed for record and recorded in Deed Book H
