WHEREAS, Boyd K. Corley and Lynn B. Corley are the sole owners of the following described property Lots 7 and
8, Block 88, Chenal Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to plat said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Boyd K. Corley and Lynn B. Corley hereinafter termed grantor(s) have caused said tract of land to
be surveyed by Paul M. White_, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
Lot 7R-Block 88 ChenaI Valley, Little Rock, Arkansas and the date August 2007 and by the signature of the said surveyor
and the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record
in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book -T- Page f3 9 and
the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The purpose of this plat is to combine the two lots into one, as requested by Chenal Valley Architectural Control
Committee.
The grantor does hereby certify that he has re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced
in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance filed
for record and recorded in Deed Book H , Page 204 ; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
