That whereas The Fulenwider Living Trust, dated December 13, 1996, is the owner of Lot 13,
Block 18, Chenal Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, L. Richard Fulenwider and Lucinda W. Fulenwider Trustees under the Fulenwider Living
Trust, dated December 13, 1996, have hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by
surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which
is identified by the title of Lot 13R, being a replat of Lot 13, Block 18, Chenal Valley, an Addition to the city of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the
Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book x , Page
095 and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The
lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance
for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to amend the front building line as approved by City of Little Rock Board
of Adjustments Case Z-8190.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski CouM shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements
shown on the said plat.
