LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot A13, Block 13, Chenal Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas as shown on plat recorded as Plat No. D-986,
records of Pulaski County, Arkansas and that portion of Lot A-14, Block
13, of Chenal Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
(herein "Lot A-14" and as shown on Plat dated April 8, 1994 prepared by
White-Daters & Associates, Inc., recorded on April 11, 1994 in Plat Book
D at Page 986, subject to the Bill of Assurance which is recorded as
Instrument No. 94-26389, the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of Chenal Valley recorded as Instrument No. 89-61706, all such
documents recorded in the records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County,
Arkansas), lying northwesterly of a line which begins at a point which is
the southwest comer of said Lot A-14 and the Southeast corner of Lot A-
13 and runs northeasterly to a point which is the Northeast comer of said
Lot A-14 and the southeast corner of Tract `B' in Block 13.
