That we Jerry Don Lamb and Susan Smith Lamb, the trustees of the Lamb Revocable Trust, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot A-13, being a replat of Lot All 3and part of Lot A14, Block 13, Chenal Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record i the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book.. _�-� Page i and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this replat is to move the make one lot. There are no changes in easements, buildings, etc. in the original recording of the bill of assurance and plat. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
