NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, the said J. BRUCE CROSS , hereinafter
termed grantor, have said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White,
Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
LOT 106R, BLOCK 36, CHENAL VALLEY
and
the date CECEMBER, 2004
and by the signature of the
said engineer/surveyor
and
the said grantor, and bears
a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little
Rock
Planning Commission, and
is on record in the Office of
the Circuit Clerk
and
ex—officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat
Book, Page )-to
and
the grantor does make this
Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they have replotted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever
known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex—officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery
and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
The purpose of this instrument is to amend the front building set —back line from
25.00 ft. to 15.00 ft. as authorized by the Board of Adjustment at its meeting
on NOVEMBER 29 . 2004
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
