AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE

AMENDED PLAT AND AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE is executed this
of 2004, by Deltic Timber Corporation (the "Developer" or the
"Declarant"), as hereirfafter set forth.
WHEREAS, Developer caused to be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, that certain Bill of Assurance to Chenal Valley, an addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on June 30, 2004 as Instrument No. 2004051912 (the "Original
Bill of Assurance"), creating The Arbors Neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to amend the Plat of The Arbors Neighborhood
to correct and modify building set -back lines on some of the lots described therein; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned being the owners of more than seventy-five percent (75%) of
the total area contained within The Arbors Neighborhood consents and agrees to the filing of the
Amended Plat of The Arbors Neighborhood and the Amendment to this Original Bill of Assurance.
NOW, THEREFORE, Developer, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, its
successors and assigns, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made an
Amended Plat, showing a survey make byPaul W . White, Registered Land Surveyor, dated the .
day of llole mho , 2004, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by The Department
of Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock and showing the boundaries and dimensions
of the property described in the Amended Plat (the "Amended Plat").
The building set -back lines reflected on the Amended Plat are in substitution and in place of
the building set -back lines contained in the Plat recorded in Plat Book H at page 4, in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas ("Original Plat").
Except as specifically amended by the Amended Plat and this Amendment to Bill of
Assurance, all terms and conditions of the Original Bill of Assurance and Original Plat shall remain
in full force and effect.

instrument for and in the name and behalf of said DELTIC TEVIBER CORPORATION, and further
stated and acknowledged that they had so signed, executed, and delivered said foregoing instrument
for the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
