WHEREAS, WAL-MART STORES, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Grantor")
is the owner of the Iand lying in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
described on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
WHEREAS, Grantor has caused such land to be surveyed and a plat (the "Plat")
thereof made, which is identified by the title of "Lot 2" (being legally described on
Exhibit B to this Bill of Assurance), "Lot 3" (being legally described on Exhibit C to
this Bill of Assurance) and "Lot 4" (being legally described on Exhibit D to this Bill of
Assurance), each lying within Chenal Valley, Phase 2 Commercial, an addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The Plat has been signed by Grantor and
by Dean L. Carlson, Registered Professional Engineer, and the Plat bears a certificate of
approval, executed by the Chairman, Little Rock Planning Commission and is recorded in
the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Of#icio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as
Instrument Number and- Grantor does hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
HEREAFTER, conveyances and descriptions of the property as shown on the
Plat shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof.
Lots "2," t13" and 114," Chenal Valley, Phase 2 Commercial, an addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be conveyed by Grantor and shall be
acquired by the Grantees thereof, subject to the covenants contained herein.
TERIVI/AMENDMENT: This Bill of Assurance shall be in full force and effect until
December 31, 2054, provided, the landowners of the
majority of the acreage described by the aggregate of Lots
"2," 3 and 4 may, from time to time, amend or

terminate this instrument, the provisions hereof will
automatically extend for successive ten (10) year periods.
RESTRICTIONS: Grantor and all future grantees of the property described in
this Bill of Assurance and the Plat specifically agree all
ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall be strictly
adhered to and followed and, should the Plat or this Bill of
Assurance be contrary, in any way, to the ordinances
adopted by the City of Little Rock, from time to time, such
ordinances shall have precedence.
