NOW, THEREFORE, Deltic and Rivercity Energy Company, Inc., for and in consideration
of the benefits to accrue to it, their successors and assigns, which benefits they acknowledge to be
of value, have caused to be made a replat, showing a survey made by Paul M. White, Registered
Land Surveyor dated Ae rt i . 2o03 , and bearing a Certificate ofApproval executed
by the Department of Co p hensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and showing
the boundaries and dimensions of the replatted real property (the "Replay').
The lands embraced in this Replat shall be forever known as Lot 1R, Phase 2 Commercial,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and every deed of conveyance describing
same as shown on the Replat shall always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
Except as specifically amended by this Replat and Corrected Fifth Supplemental to Bill of
Assurance, the provisions of the Fifth Supplemental to Bill of Assurance previously executed and
recorded shall remain in full force and effect.
Deltic Timber Purchasers, Inc. executes this Replat and Corrected Fifth Supplemental to the
Bill of Assurance for the purpose set forth in Paragraph 23 of the original Bill of Assurance dated
September 30, 1996, and recorded as Instrument No. 96-68199.
