KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, DELTIC FARM & TIMBER CO., INC., an Arkansas
corporation (hereinafter "Deltic"), the owner of the following
property:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Chenal Valley, an
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
and
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to replat Lots 1 and 2,
Block 3, Chenal Valley for the purpose of amending the setback
lines along these lots and this replat i•s executed for that purpose
and has been approved by the Architectural Control Committee and
the Little Rock Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, Deltic for and in consideration of the
benefits to accrue to it, its successors and assigns, which
benefits it acknowledges to be of_value has caused to be made that
certain replat, showing a survey made by Joe D. White, registered
land surveyor, dated July 22, 1992 and bearing a certificate of
approval executed by the Department of Comprehensive Planning of
the City of Little Rock and showing the boundaries and dimensions
of the replatted property (the "Replat").
The land embraced in this replat shall be forever known as
Lots 1R and 2R, Block 3, Chenal Valley, an addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas and any and every deed of conveyance
describing same as shown on the replat shall always be deemed as
sufficient description thereof.
Said lots herein replatted shall be held, owned, conveyed and
subject to each and every provision of that certain Bill of
Assurance filed November 21, 1990 in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as
Instrument No. 90-63879 and all amendments thereto.

respectively, of DELTIC FARM & TIMBER CO., INC., a corporation, and
were duly authorized in their respective capacities to execute the
foregoing instrument for and in the name and behalf of said
corporation, and further stated and acknowledged that they had so
signed, executed and delivered said foregoing instrument for the
consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
