3 A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 19,2025,AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A PLANNED ZONING
6 DISTRICT TITLED ORNDORFF#2—PD-R,LOCATED AT 1522 HANGER
7 STREET (Z-10127) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
8 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
11 Commission's recommendation of denial for a Planned Zoning District titled Orndorff#2—PD-R, located
12 at 1522 Hanger Street(Z-10127) in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas;and,
13 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission requests approval for setting a public hearing date
14 of June 3, 2025.
15 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
17 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial for a Planned Zoning District titled
18 Orndorff#2 — PD-R, located at 1522 Hanger Street(Z-10127) in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall
19 be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas in the Board of Directors
20 Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas at six o'clock on
21 the 19th day of August 2025,or as it is called to be heard on the agenda.
22 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
23 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
24 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
