KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, Deltic Farm & Timber Co., Inc., an Arkansas
corporation ("Deltic") did file of record on November 22, 1989
that certain plat made by Timothy E. Daters, registered
engineer, in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County,
Arkansas at Book C-881 and that certain Bill of Assurance as
Instrument No. 89-61707 (the "Bill of Assurance") establishing
Lots 1 - 34, Block 1 and Lots 1 - 27, Block 2, Chenal Valley, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "Chenal Circle
Neighborhood"); and
WHEREAS, the Chenal Circle Neighborhood is part of the com-
munity known as Chenal Valley and is subject to those certain
covenants and restrictions filed November 22, 1989 in the office
of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument
No. 89-61706; and
WHEREAS, this Replat and Amendment to Bill of Assurance is
filed for the purpose of replatting the pedestrian and golf cart
easements described in paragraph 19 of the Bill of Assurance as
hereinafter provided for.
NOW, THEREFORE, Deltic, for and in consideration of the bene-
fits to accrue to it, its successors and assigns, which benefits
it acknowledges to be of value has caused to be made that certain
plat of Lots 8R, 9R, 1OR and 28R, Block 1 Chenal Valley, an addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, being a replat of Lots 8, 9, 10
and 28, Block 1 Chenal Valley Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas. Henceforth description and conveyance by such
designation or part thereof as shown and represented on the plat
filed herewith shall be a proper and sufficient description for
all purposes.
Paragraph 19 of the Bill of Assurance is hereby amended to
read as follows: -
19. Easements for Pedestrian and Golf Cart Traf-
fic. Access easements for the 61 residences within
Chenal Circle Neighborhood are located between Lots 1OR
and 9R and on Lot 28R, Block 1, all as shown on the plat
filed on even date herewith and such easements are
hereby dedicated as private easements for pedestrian and
golf cart traffic only for the u,se of owners of lots in
Chenal Circle Neighborhood to be used for access to the

adjacent golf course. These easements shall be main-
tained by the Chenal Circle Property Owners Association,
Inc.
All other terms and provisions of the Bill of Assurance filed
as Instrument No. 89-61707 are incorporated herein by reference
and Lots 8R, 9R, 1OR and 28R, Block 1 remain subject thereto
except as amended herein.

qualified and acting within and for said county and state,
appeared the within named Jack R. McCray being the Real Estate
Manager of DELTIC FARM & TIMBER CO., INC. and who had been
designated by said DELTIC FARM & TIMBER CO., INC. to execute the
above instrument, to me personally well known, who stated he was
the Real Estate Manager of said DELTIC FARM & TIMBER CO., INC.
and was duly authorized in his capacity to execute the foregoing
instrument for and in the name and behalf of said DELTIC FARM &
TIMBER CO., INC. and further stated and acknowledged that he had
so signed, executed, and delivered said foregoing instrument for
the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set
forth.
