I Francisca Martinez, with address of property : 4900 w 31" St Little Rock
AR. 72204 I'm requesting a Variance on the property because I need to add
a stairs on the right side of the house to be able to go to the second floor
since we are updating attic to a master bedroom. I need the stairs on the
right side of the property due to that there is no other place for the stairs to
be install.
