FINAL PLAT NAME: LOT 7R DOWDY & TERRY ADDITION
I have made a final inspection of the improvements and find that:
All improvements shown on construction drawings for the development are constructed and in conformance
with City requirements/standards.
Certain Improvements remain uncompleted and a punch list has been prepared and sent.

I have reviewed the plat and find that:
All streetlight installation, striping, signage and other traffic improvements have been constructed and are in
conformance with City requirements/standards.
street signs should be ordered and billed to developer. Work orders have been prepared for signage.
Certain improvements remain uncompleted and a punch list has been prepared and sent.
Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been received and approved. Applicant is
responsible to furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.

I have reviewed the file for this matter and find that:
The maintenance bond has been submitted and it is the proper type and amount.
Financial assurance for the uncompleted improvements listed above has been received.
As -built drainage plans in electronic form have been submitted.
All other requirements for final plat approval have been satisfied.

way to the public with filing of this bill of assurance

Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at the
SW corner of said Lot 7, thence N 02034'45" E, along
the west line of said Lot 7, 140.0 feet to the NW
corner of said Lot 7- thence S 87037'11" E, along
north line of said Lot 7, 12.0 feet to a point 25 feet
from the centerline of Madison Street; thence S
02047'02" E, parallel to the centerline of Madison
Street, 112.62 feet to a curve; thence along a curve to
the left having a 20 foot radius and chord bearing and
distance of S 42007'04" E, 23.32 feet; thence S
87001' 11 " E, parallel to the centerline of West 261h
Street, 68.35 feet to the east line of said Lot 8; thence
S 02034'50" W, along the said east line, 6.01 feet to

That we, David and Judith Dacanay, hereinafter
termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land to
by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional
Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title of Lot 7R, being a replat of
Lots 7 & 8, Block 6, Dowdy & Terry Subdivision to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
By the signature of the said surveyor and the said
grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed
by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on
record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-ofFcio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument
