particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 940.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of
said W% SEX, thence South 2640.0 feet (deeded)(26382 feet measured); thence West 332.0 feet,
thence North 2640.0 feet (deeded)(2644.0 feet measured) to a point on the North line of said WYa
SEX; thence East along said North line of W% SEX 332.0 feet (deeded) (326.6 feet measured) to the
point of beginning.
