I do hereby dedicate the following described property to the public: Part of Lots 9 and 10, Block 7, John Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of the North 28.8 feet of Lot 10; thence N 1'23'21" E, 57.6 feet; thence S 87°29'03" E, 5.13 feet to a point 25 feet from the centerline of Whitfield Street; thence S 01°52'41" W, parallel to the centerline of Whitfield Street, 57.59 feet; thence N 87°31'14" W, 4.64 feet to the point of beginning. That I, Roma Isom, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 911, Block 7, John Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock and Public Works. The purpose of replat is to reconfigure the lots into one lot. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown a id plat.
