CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, TIMOTHY WAYNE JENKINS ("Owner"), an unmarried individual, is the
sole owner of the following lands lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Lots 13 and Lot 14% Granite Mountain Springs Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on Plat Book 1,
Sheet No. 134, records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County,
Arkansas
(the "Property");
WHEREAS, the Owner finds it desirable that the Property be replatted in order to modify
the property line between Lots 13 and 14;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Owner, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to him
and his successors and assigns, which benefits he acknowledges to be of value, has caused the
Property to be re -surveyed and a replat (hereinafter referred to as the "Replat") made thereof by
Daniel W. Havner, Registered Land Surveyor (No. 1542), and Joe D. White, Jr., Registered
Professional Engineer (No. 7094), said Replat bearing the signature of the said Surveyor and
Engineer and being filed of record of even date herewith in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as Plat Number �� oC , said Replat being incorporated herein by
reference.
' Also referred to as "Blocks 13 and 14" by Special Warranty Deed filed in the real estate records of the Pulaski
County, Arkansas, Circuit Clerk as Instrument No. 2009073782.

IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF, the Owner warrants and represents that he has laid off,
replatted, and resubdivided and does hereby lay off, replat, and resubdivide the said Property in
accordance with the aforesaid Replat. The lands embraced in said Replat shall be forever known
as:
Lot 13R and Lot 14R of Granite Mountain Springs Addition, being a Replat
of Lot 13 and Lot 14 of Granite Mountain Springs Addition, Section 2, T-1-S,
R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, all as indicated and depicted on the
Replat;
and any and every deed of conveyance of Property describing the same by the lot shown on said
Replat shall always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.

That only thing I see missing is the Certificate of Final Approval for Pulaski County. Other than that, Civil Engineering is
okay with recording of the re -plat. Please add this certificate to the re -plat and acquire Pulaski County's signature
before bringing the re -plat to Mr. Monte Moore for his signature for final recording with Pulaski County Circuit Clerk.

We received this email from Chris regarding the subject replat.
I see you had a question about the 50' right of way. Im assuming you are talking about the right of way for Russenberger
Road.
The original plat I had was not a very good copy and I had to rely on surrounding surveys to figure out the right of way
width.(See attached)
