The Owner reserves the right to amend and/or modify the terms and conditions of this Bill of Assurance at any time in order to cure ambiguities set forth herein, conform the provisions hereof with applicable governmental rules and regulations, or otherwise clarify the intentions of the Owner asset forth herein.
