KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That CHRISTOPHER PARENT, hereinafter called `Grantor", being the owners of LOT 15,
BLOCK 16 & OTHER LANDS IN HILLCREST ADDITION, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, hereby replat same as LOT 15R, BLOCK 16, HILLCREST ADDITION (BEING A
REPLAT OF LOT 15, BLOCK 16 & OTHER LANDS IN HILLCREST ADDITION), Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown and represented on the attached replat, and
henceforth description and conveyance by such designation or part thereof, as shown
and represented on said attached replat, shall be a proper 'apd sufficient description

The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said
Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat
and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and
regulations of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the Hillcrest Design Overlay District.
Permanent easements for drainage, for laying and maintaining sewer pipes and mains
and for the installation and maintenance of utilities are created and reserved over,
across and through said lands as shown on attached plat.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and
dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
